Role
As a member of our professional team, you will participate in rendering legal advisory services according to client’s requirements, under close supervision of the senior team members.
The main initial tasks assigned to you include performance of legal research on particular subjects, drafting legal alerts, attending meetings with public authorities, drafting and submitting documents with the public authorities, drafting opinions and contracts of minor/average difficulty, drafting e-mail correspondence addressed to clients, based on formal instructions received from the senior team members, as well as administrative assistance to the legal team. As a team member, you will have to assure the observance of professional quality standards.
In addition, as part of your continuous professional development, you will participate in training activities organized or supported by our firm.
High determination and proactivity approach will be constantly appreciated.
Profile
Candidates should be recent graduates of Bar Association exam, have good technical skills and be client and business oriented. A one year up to two years’ experience in a law firm preferably on competition and corporate/ commercial matters would be an advantage. Also, they should have good planning and computer skills (MS Office), professional attitude and recommend themselves as fair team players, trustworthy, sociable and willing to improve their knowledge.
Excellent communication skills in Romanian and English are compulsory, while French and / or German are an advantage.
